Hi Everyone!

Just a quick one this time, as we're about to head off to the sun this week for Mambo City's Salsa Splash in Spain. We're looking forward to a great holiday. If you're quick you might be able to grab a place for the week AND there is still the option to come and join us next weekend if you fancy a last minute get-away.

Next month Davina will be teaching a 3 hour ladies styling workshop for Dance2salsa. This is a great opportunity to get more insight into the Alchemy Way for women. She will be covering body movement, arm styling, how to style in flow with partnerwork and more.

Also in October is one of the biggest dates on the salsa calendar - the UK Salsa Congress. Now at its new venue at the Bournemouth International Centre, it promises to be a fantastic jam-packed weekend with teachers and acts from all over the world. We will be teaching two workshops and performing the Friday night. So we hope to see you all there! More info below.

Don't forget we now have a regular teaching slot together. On alternate Mondays, we are teaching the advanced class together for Salsa Ambiente in Guildford. So if you want to get the full Alchemy experience, join us there. See our classes page for more info.

ALCHEMY DANCE COMPANY

Coming events over the next few weeks for Marchant and Davina;

16-23 September we will be in Spain with Mambo City. Performance and lots of workshops! Week or weekend holiday available, see Mambo City's website.

6 October is Davina's ladies styling workshop for Dance2salsa in the Berkshire area.. Places are limited, so book yours early. Visit the Dance2salsa website for more info.

12-14 October is the UK Salsa Congress at its new venue at the Bournemouth International Centre. We will be doing 2 workshops and a show.

27th October we will be in Wales for a big party night with Flamin' Heels Salsa. We will be teaching classes, performing, doing party games, and Basil Pinnock will be coming with us to spin a few of his top tunes!

Basil's new Dance2salsa party night in Maidenhead was so good we're going back every month to teach the advanced class ... for the rest of this year! The venue is beautiful, and as we said before you must check this guys tunes - you won't want to leave the dancefloor!!!! Coming up - 28th Sep and 26th Oct.

Private Lessons

The most effective way of improving your dancing is via the private lesson route. Whether you have hit a plateau in your dance development, want to solve certain problems, gain confidence, or just generally need some inspiration. Both of us are available to teach private lessons in the Hampshire area. We can teach individuals, couples or small groups. Contact us for more information
