Hi Everyone!

FINALLY ... the DVD has arrived!!!! We have been working HARD this year to bring Marchant's first instructional DVD to you. We are extremely pleased with the final product and hope that you will be too.

We are planning a launch party for the DVD in July, held in conjunction with Mambo City. More details will be on our website soon.

As well as the DVD, we also recently launched a revamped group version of Marchant's Take 5 show. We had a great debut at the Move It dance exhibition in Olympia, London. (Check out the video clip in our gallery.) And a few weeks ago, took it to the Mambo City Congress stage. Those of you who attended the congress will surely agree that it was the best yet. The selection of teachers and performances this year was amazing, not to mention the venue and organisation. If you love salsa and mambo, don't miss this one next year!

We have lots of plans for the rest of 2007 on the performance front and with the Academy. There are a few details below, but keep checking our website as it is kept up-to-date with all the latest news.

Most of you will now be at least a little familiar with the Alchemy Way. All the theory and technique taught on the courses is put into action here with a series of stylish and flowing turn patterns. This DVD is a MUST for men and women!!!

Best of all, this DVD is being released in two different versions. There will be an ON1 version and an ON2 version. So all you who have been on our courses, that'll be On2 then?! If you're still not completely converted, we are also offering a set of both versions.

ALCHEMY DANCE ACADEMY

Thank you for your patience with the Academy. We have had to put courses this year on hold due to the intensive work we have been putting into the DVD.

We are now working on some exciting plans for the academy which will take effect after the summer. We will keep you informed of developments!

ALCHEMY DANCE COMPANY

Our next performance will be at Salsa Ambiente in Guildford on Friday 8th June. One of our favourite DJs Basil Pinnock will be providing his amazing selection of music. Its a good venue, nice floor, great atmosphere, we thoroughly recommend it. The following week we will be in Birmingham for Latin Motion. Again another fantastic night with great dancers.
